Scam artists
As i orded Acai berry detox and Life cleanse for a free samples. This company charged me $118.63 USD for two times (named "Focuscleanse" and "NatureBerry") which i never order or I never recieved. I rang my credit card company... hopefully i get my money back from their investigation).

Unauthorized charges
Asked to sign up for trial, company took postage but i nevver recieved the goods. Company then took a payment for £74.00on 24 August 2009 and another of £76.86 on 2 October 2009.

underhand tactics
They appear to offer either free or for a nominal price offer a product, before you know it they are taking unauthorised payments from credit cards. The original price was for £3.50 each for two items, then before you can blink another £74.01 was taken for each item and you dont know this until you get your next credit card statement which could be 4 weeks after, trying to redress that after so long is a nightmare if not impossible.

Fraud
I was on the receiving end of Nature Berry's scam. Is there anything we can do, surely someone can get our money back? I am in England and have made three phone calls to America with no avail.

Unauthorised withdrawal of money from credit card
Ordered Acai berry tablets and have now been charged two additional unauthorised payments of £74.96 and £50.89, which I can ill afford.
We need to stop this company from this illegal scam.
