I ordered a cd about how to apply for government grants and was told that I would be charged $2.95. They said that the cd was free and I just had to pay for shipping. I just got my cc statement and they charged me $39.95. This is credit card fraud and if $39.95 is not credited back to my card by the end of March, 2009. I went to this college's Jalan University Campus to inquire about their hostel fee(on campus) at the groundfloor. The receptionist was not quite polite. The way she spoke was rude and sarcastic. I placed an order for post cap lights for my deck. After about a month, i contacted yardiac to find out the status of my order. i was told that it was on back order and was given a new shipping date. i patiently waited and when the new date came and went, i called again. Once again i was told that the item was pushed back even longer. Not ONCE had anyone even attempted to notify me of this and if i had not inquired, they would have left me waiting for over 2 months! I ordered two copies of the Carol Burnett DVDs. According to the picture and detail, these should be the same DVDs that have been recently released. No, they are blank DVDs that have been recorded on or copied to. They come in a cheap white sleeve with hand written "Carol Burnett" on the first sleeve and numbers 2-8 on the next seven sleeves. Whatever you do, do not shop at The Door Store if you actually want to receive the furniture you purchase. I purchased furniture from the store 14 weeks ago and have yet to receive the furniture.
