Contracted with Ventura Web Design to develop a Yahoo Store. Spoke initially with Tina, very professional and we entered into a contract. One month later, Tina is fired. I deal with the owner, fast talking, deal husting Kevin Richards who wrote his own testimonial on his site. This guy sounds like Warren Buffet will be calling him for advice.

Ventura wanted 80& of the money up front without really doing much (just a screen shot). I started to get leary when there is no employees except Kevin who now needs final payment and assures me I'll be up and running. Very reluctant since the DONT TAKE CREDIT CARDS. Only checks. Hmmm.

Finally against my better judgement I send in final payment. Kevin is very friendly since he needs the $$. After the check cleared, I need help with my site. It's not as promised and there is NO training or support. He suggests I call Yahoo directly or read their manuel.

WHAT THE HECK- I just paid money for a web site that isn't up to speed and have no help or support. Now Kevin gets angry that his over priced web site which isn't according to contract has problems. He now says to call Yahoo and not to contact him anymore.

My attorney will be contacting him!! BEWARE of VENTURA WEB DESIGN.
