Ordered two jerseys on 11/16/07. Called 12/17/07 to exchange on of the jerseys for a different size. Was told I would have to purchase a new jersey and that a retrun label would be sent to me to return the small jersey. Did not receive return label. Called on 1/4/07 to inquire - was told that they were not sending me a return label and that I should put the jersey in a package and mail it to them. I explained that I would have been happy to do this in the first place but their lack of communication and follow through was bad customer service. I asked that they pay for shipping for poor customer service and communication - they refused. read full review »

It would be an understatement to say that we experienced extremely poor service from Star Van Lines . We hired them to move my elderly mother from Southern California to Detroit. Numerous items arrived broken, including some expensive figurines that were smashed to bits. Antique furniture was scratched and broken. Also, many boxes were lost in the move. Star Van Lines has been unwilling to help us with this matter. We recommend you NEVER use this company. read full review »

Placed an order and never received it. Ordered online May 7, 2008 and they sent an email on May 18 with a tracking number for USPS. The tracking number shows no information that it was actually picked up. It's now June and I still haven't received anything. Wrote them an email in May, they never replied. Called them and number doesn't work. Just called my credit card company and they'll take care of it from here. Watch out for their other company names Ooh La Spa, Ameriwrap, etc. Google checkout shows Global Spa Supply as their name. read full review »

They have a discount price for over 150 gallons, but magically run out at 149. They tell you if you don't make them come back to finish filling they will give you an additional discount next time..Yeah right, make them come back! The price of oil doubled since my last partial fill up and they say they no nothing of this extra discount for bending me over last time.. Try to be nice and they do you. After nearly two years of patronage, during which our dry cleaning bills exceeded more than $200 a month, East Bay Dry Cleaner wrecked a black camel hair sports jacket by (their admission) "pressing instead of rolling" the garmet. The lapels were mis-shapen, the colar spoiled and the nap of the material pressed so hard it was completly flat. Alan Shapiro, and his partner, Howard Wolfson flatly refused to compensate me in any way. This operation is a sham and a poor excuse for a dry cleaners. read full review »

Had just went into website and paid what I thought was a one time fee of $1.97 from my charge account. After reading information and doing further investigating figured out something wasn't right and attempted to call company and learned that phone number has been disconnected. I did locate a seond phone number of 866-995-9812, when I called that number I received a message that stated for me to leave my message via voice mail. I just received my charge card bill and there was a charge for somethign called EzSVER RW -1-800-355-1837 PA
When I called they wanted a log in or charge card number - I never signed up for anything called EX Saver Rewards.
No one was available to take my call. I looked up ezsaverrewards.com and I see numerous items indicating this is a scam.

HI, I was using the Roger's Home phone service and for long distance, I was using Call Select to call India.
Representative from Bell Canada called me and told me that, they will give 10$ off for a year and 100$ bonus amount. if I switch the home phone service provider from Roger to Bell. There were actually two products I ordered from a fake article about saving money and getting your teeth white for only about $3.99. They recommend you order both Dazzle Smile Pro and Clean Whites from two different sites and use the two codes they give you to get the discount. Well the 14 days on both start when the order is made, and there is no way you can use them in 14 days to see if they work. On the 16th August 2009 a friend and I went to the London New ID studios for a gift experience day, photo shoot. The photo shoot was fine but after we were taken into a small room with the salesman who was extremely rude and very pushy. Charged me $8 for a 'collect call' received from california on 9/29/09 that I never even heard of. I told them that I was outraged and how this could have happend since I wasn't even home at the time the call took place. They replied, 'your answering machine must've picked up'. I left an expensive electronic item on a flight from Bangkok to Abu Dubai, unequivically it was in my seat pocket as another pasanger remembers seeing something 'White' in the wall seat pocket of my seat as they disembarked. the flight was 90 minutes late getting into Abu Dubai and I had a connecting flight to Ireland. I ordered Aciburn and they said they would charge me $4.95 shipping cost. The have charged me $34 and I did not receive the tablets. I have tried to email them back but the email just comes back undeliverable. This is a disgrace and this site should be closed down. Just thought to share our bad experience with Spa de Soleil. My wife had ordered the sauna shower spa equipment from this vendor last year. It's supposed to have both the regular shower and steam function. After we had this unit assembled together by a professional, we were told that the unit only has the shower mode and not both. To make long story short, this vendor blamed that my wife ordered that particular model. I have had a similar experience with Get Car Loans http://www.getcarloans.com.au/index.htm They have sold me a car, a lemon, with no interest but it was over valued by 100%. On applying for comprehensive insurance I was told that the car could only be insured for $7000 and I am paying double that. I purchased 18 NFL jerseys from this website. They split my order into 3 boxes each with a tracking number. One of the boxes (with 10 jerseys) did not make it to my house. The post office has told me that I have to have the seller file a claim and that I am unable to do anything about it. I have unauthorized debits from my account.! When I called the 800 # the cancel this charge, the person I spoke with had such a thick accent could hardly understand what he was saying. When I asked for more information, I was informed they were not alowed to give out that information.
I'm not sure how theses companes obtain information, but he had all of my mailing information as if I had actually purchased their product. Something needs to be done. These debits are affeccting my account. I am starting to think that banking is not such a good idea any more . I've had this happen to me twice in the last six months. read full review »

The Blockbuster store I am complaining about store #12377. It is located at 806 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Seffner, FL 33584. We have belonged to Shell Vacation Club for several years, only purchased a small number of points because thats all we can use, time-wise. So far it's been ok but they will nit-pick you for every nickel they can get. We had an emergency come up and had to cancel a planned trip (over two months away) and had to pay a $25.00 "transaction fee". My advice is stay away from them. read full review »

My mom had recently checked my grandmoms bank statement and looked at it and because my grandmom is elderly she didn't check her bank statements. So my mom called the number 888-527-2589 today and talked to a person there who said that they have been taking money out both leisure plus and backporch for 8.95 each month since feb 03. THATS 5 YEARS!!! And no one authorized these checks or nothing.

HomeEq Servicing got me good. First off I did not want them as a mortgage. As soon as I got them they uped my mortgage then told me there was nothing they could do it was a law that they had to up it. I mortgage went up again.All of this less than a year.
