12/6/09 two of us flew to Oaxaca Mexico on US Airways and then onto Mexicana. We each had 2 pieces of luggage, we boarded mexicana with no problems. 12/17/09 we are leaving Oaxaca Mexico to Mexico city and while at desk in Oaxaca we are advised we owe 1000.00 in fees, if we do not pay we do nto go. the only other comment was you should have checked the rules? the fact that we flew down on mexicana had no impact on this ticket agent. I paid for 3 x dvd boxsets from this company but only one turned up... after I had complained to paypal because I had not received after one month. When the sent the one boxset they then registered the post with paypal, resulting in a proof of delivery and therefore meaning that due to paypal policies I would not be able to prove what I received and therefore not be entitles to a refund. The Jewelry Factory / Jewelry Exchange has a NO REFUND policy for any reason at all. BEWARE! You will pick out a diamond to be mounted, they will mount a different diamond with flaws and tell you thats the one you picked! There is nothing you can do about it because of their no refund policy. They will exchange it for another diamond, but double charge you for the labor and mounting costs. I purchased a double tilt-out hamper from Home Decorators to use for recycling soda cans and newspapers. The dimensions of the hamper were listed as 27 high x 24 wide x 14 deep. I figured it would be small, but still very usable. However, when the hamper arrived, it turned out to be too small to be usable for much of anything. Advertised as a clothes or towel hamper, I couldn't fit anything more than one bath towel in each bin. What's the use of that? I cannot even believe how low the quality control is at Gateway. Tablet PCs are shipped without a Windows repair disk, and files get corrupted seemingly weekly. The tablet pens stop working after about 4 months because they didn't check if the manufacturer used appropriate materials - the steel spring and aluminum battery get so corroded that the pen stops working. My battery won't hold a charge at all anymore, I have to plug it in to use my computer. Had i know it was outside the usa, i would never had purchased them. i have tried several times now to reach them by their contact on their website, the phone number on my credit card bill and emailing again, after i googled them. they don't respond. I rented a calculator through the company from July '09 to August '09. In the contract, they required $35.00 deposit for security reason and promised to put the same amount back on my bank account 2 weeks after they receive the product. I just had a really bad experience with Remington's "All That" hair dryer. I purchased one a while back and it worked really good for a few months before it suddenly blew up on me. I had signed up for the JC Penney Rewards Program and I was NEVER told this would cost $9.95 a month. I NEVER gave them my credit card number. I do shop JC Penney on a regular basis but this was not something I agreed to pay for. It was very misleading inn the fact that this was a free service. I placed an order for 3 yds. of lace, paid by credit card. Recieved only 2 yds., called several times and left messages, emailed several times, finally recieved a call back. They didn't arrive for Christmas so a teenage girl went without her main present. They said they might have been lost so would send another pairin Jan.
