I have had a charge off on my Experian Credit Report for almost 11 months now that I can not get removed despite disputing it 2 times. The charge off says that I owed JC Penney $1200 and that they wrote it off back in June 2002 after it was not paid. I joined Direct Medical out of Irving Texas. A discount plan which includes supposed discounts on medical services. A total RIPOFF!!!
