Plains Commerce Bank sent me a credit card saying this old credit card would be voided and I would start fresh with my credit. A few weeks ago, I told Advance America that I wanted to stop doing the payday loan. I couldn't pay back the money without borrowing it back each time, and I wanted to stop. This and most such small dealerships in Ontario purchase cars from Ontario purchase vehicles from Quebec and sell them in Ontario after an odometer roll-back as there is no exchange of vehicle registration info between the provinces. I purchased this product online for a free trial. I emailed them immediately to ask from what date the free trial would commence seeing I am in Australia. I also asked for the number to call if I wanted to cancel the product or was dissatisfied with it and wanted to return it. I did not receive a reply. We ordered the product and had it shipped to Canada - Canada Customs requires that all ingredients be disclosed prior to clearing through Customs Canada - However we tried many time via phone calls and via e-mail to get the information from the company and never received the information. Client services do not exist with FIDO. The company makes it as difficult as possible for their customer agents to assist with your requests and/or difficulties because they are forced to work without the necessary tools. I ordered 3 cell phone covers on May 1 and as of June 17 I have only received one of them. The one that I did receive has already chipped and cracked. I have called every week to inquire when the other covers will be sent out. If someone actually picks up the phone they have the same answer. It is on back order and will be shipped out next week.
