phone soliciting

I keep getting several phone calls per day from different people saying they are with Capital Rewards program thanking me for a credit card purchase ( which I haven't made for months!) saying they are going to send me $300 free gas certificate and other things in the mail . when I ask them if this is free they say no they are charging my credit card for it! I tell them I don't want it and not to bother me again and yet they KEEP ON CALLING CONSISTENTLY
how can I stop this? I signed up online for do not call list within the last month !

calls

Capital Rewards @ 1866-8758720, has called my home 1-2 times a day for 3 months. The first time they were going to send me 200.00, however, I had to give them my credit card number for a subscription to a magazine. I tried to explaine that I would forgo the $200.00 gift if I had to buy a magazine. They rudely hung up on me. I try to call back but the number is always busy.

I have received at least 1-2 calls a day for 3 months. I tell them I have already received a call and they hang up. I tell them I have no card ending in that 4 didgets, they say you do so then hang up. I ask for the manager and they hang up. It goes on and on. I want to know how to STOP the phone calls. They are driving me crazy. Please help,
