I bought one game from Oberon Media. I was charged the month after for 1 game I did not request. When I contacted Oberon Media I was informed the terms of the contract were that I purchased 1 game a month for twelve months. This I have done but find I am being charged for two games every month even though I only buy one. I ordered from ProFlowers for a funeral and responded to "free delivery", which turned out to be a "coupon" for $15 off a future order. Apparently hidden in the offer was a $1.95 charge for a trial membership to Easy Saver Rewards. I cancelled immediately upon receipt of my credit card bill but am still out $1.95, which I consider the cost of a lesson learned the hard way. Over four months ago I purchased O2 Optix contacts from Coastal Contacts. I received the correct contacts in the mail within about a week of purchase. Purchased Skullcandy ear buds for my son. He used them for less than a month, one of the ear buds melfuntioned, no sound. I purchased a CD for a program called Grantmaster over the internet. The site I was on had many other links and by the time I knew it I had three different passwords and three different usernames. Anyhow I only made that one purchase for the CD I never authorized any other charges. The CD was purchased at least 60 days ago. This unauthorized charge was made in October of 2007. We ordered a used Crown RC30 forklift which Scott said had 1614 hours on the hour meter. I then called to get the forklift serial number, and the Crown dealer said the lift has 9603 hours on it a week before when it was in for service. Somehow, the hour meter changed from 9603 to 1614 hours in a week. I called Scott and tried to cancel the order, but they would not refund my $500.00 deposit, and denied the hour meter fraud. I get 6-10 calls per day from this number. The solicitors are adamant that they have gift cards to send me and if I pay them $21.85 in shipping, I'll receive over $350 in "rewards" cards. I found a debit transaction on my banking report and alerted the bank of an authorized purchase.
