This company somehow found old debts from over 10 yrs ago and my information. They have been calling me since late Feburary 2008 till now. They tell me if I don' settle this debt I will be sent a judgement against me. I have been paoid them around $600.00 or so, just $100.00 payments when I can. They haven't tried to access more money than I authorize for. I can not seem to get straight information if this company is real or not. What are the necessary steps I need to take now to stop these people? Are there sort of laws that protect us from this to help us retrive any assest lost to them? read full review »

Divine Dating is apparently an escorting agency. Have recently left the Army so am looking for a part time job, good pay, what could an attractive (so im told) physically fit 21 year old turn his hand to? ron flate promess me that he had 20 years experiance in working with country wide home loans in modifications department. we talk over the phone for 30-40 minutes in the end of conversation he told me ( I`m going to send you the forms to fill out. but I need a bank card number just to ashured the service).
$2, 500.00 was wihtdrawal out from my account within 10 minutes after. with out my approval.

I went into smart styles in the fern creek wal-mart in Louisville to get my hair done. There is a lady that works there that is always rude and I'll be *** if she was there that day. I have recently experience a horrible experience with NCO Financial System. They harassed me for close to a month regarding a payment that I made directly to my credit card. When I finally spoke to their representatitve (Ms. Jackson, Charles Murphy and then the Disrespectful Account Manager) they all indicated that I will receive a receipt from them indicating that they are no longer working on my account because it was paid off. I am sorry that I have to make a complaint because I am in a very desperate situation. I by the name of Leong Wai Cheng I/C no. 590629-08-5412 had made a booking of a Myvi at Kiam Fatt Motors in Jalan Kampar, Ipoh (Tel. 05-2540994)on 24/10/09. Key Club Save, LLC billed my AT&T phone line through a third party billing provider named ESBI for voicemail services for which I never signed up. Upon contacting "Ivan" at their customer service line, I was able to learn that someone supposedly used a bogus email address with my correct personal info to sign-up via the internet on March 29th, 2009 from an IP address that I traced to Tampa Bay, FL. (I live in Ohio)

placed my order on July 20th for my niece's B-day, promised by Jason via email numerous time that I will receive my order in time for her b-day. for the ;ast three months i have tried to get my water/waste water charges fixed, in october, November and Dicember my bill was for $98 dlls, the bills showed i had used 6680 gallons of water and the same for waste water the manerger never gave me a reason or information on them fixing the problem the only thing they did was to adjust the bill for half the price in october and for Nov and Dic $30 dlls per month. i signed up for a free sample of each of these products because i read an article about how if you mix them together they will work wonders. not only did the products not work, they charged about 80 dollars in fees from multiple other "subscriptions" that i signed up for when agreeing to the "terms and conditions" which are bull s**t. regardless, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THESE PRODUCTS. go to the dentist and get you teeth whitened there! don't be scammed by these companies. read full review »

I made on line reservations for $90.00 per night based on photos and descriptions of the hotel. When I got there I was very disappointed. The room was filthy & it smelled + I did not feel secure leaving my car in the parking lot none the less staying there with my family due to the people loitering in the parking lot. My wife and I purchased a 3-piece upholstered couch set from Prestige for $2,000.00. For about $250 more we also purchased an extended 5 year manufacturer's warranty. We thought that would cover us. Boy, we were wrong. My husband and i bought a cookware set by mainstays and after only one use the frying pan looks like it broke out with the chicken pox its nasty looking. When i was it i used a soft wash cloth at first i thought it was that boy was i wrong. It grosses me out to look at it

I bought this e cigarette at the mall at a kiosk in San Diego. The seller claimed each cartridge would be equal to about a pack of cigarettes. Each cartridge lasts MAYBE 3 cigarettes worth and the battery died on me after only 2 days and would no hold a charge. The flavors all taste the same and almost no vapor is produced. While sigining up for AAA Auto insurance, I was not told of any cancellation policy and penalties. Later due to an 30% increase in premium owing to my residential move within 8 miles, I canceled the policy. The refund of premium did not include a statement, but only a refund cheque. On demanding an explanative statement, I was told it is not in their code of conduct to issue an explanation.

My sister had godiva chocolate sent to my mother for mother day 2007 they where all melted when arrived by ups at 5:45 pm from 800flowers.com. My mother called to tell them we live in florida they are on the truck all day so they are melted, they said they would send a replacement. They arrived the 2nd time again late in the day and all melted. She call again and they said well they can not send another box but offered her a 20% discount on her next order.

Apparently I came across this site while doing a internet search for my missing daughter. I agreed to pay for a one time fee as far as I knew, and they have made recurrent charges on my account for the past two months. I did not know what the charge was last mo, and finally had a number for them on my account to call and see who they were.
Supposedly they are canceling, however they stated that I agreed to a 7 day time frame, and if I didn't cancel they would continue to charge me. I do see any services that they are providing.. read full review »

Philip Levey was the trustee in charge of the Republic Windows & Doors bankruptcy and I needed to fill out a Proof of Claim Form. He wasn't helpful at all and gave me zero help and only answered a couple of questions regarding getting information I need to fill out the form. This was after weeks of trying to get a hold of him. Beware of Susan Sarao of Violet Meadow Farms, also known as Irish Jacks! The puppies are adorable, but they are imported from mills in Ireland and receive no vetting prior to going up for sale. She does all the vaccinations and worming herself (is this legal?). She also sells puppies with congenital problems and then tries to wait until you bond to them so she can keep your money. I did not want to wait another day hoping for them to contact me. Besides, I wanted to talk to someone who would acknowledge their representative made a boo-boo. I was also tired of hearing their customer service specialists repeat over and over that once a technician has been dispatched and arrives at said address, we will be charged.

When our office bills out for Full Comprehensive Orthodontic Treatment on Adolescent patients D8080 Delta Dental will change the ADA code to D8070 (phase I ortho code of transitional dentition) in order to pay out a lessor benefit amount.
