My two brothers purchased a 1 bedroom apartment in Pirin Suite, Bansko, Bulgaria. At the moment they have paid in full for the apartment + furniture and now MRI are asking for more money to install the furniture. I never received a confirmation, but waited and nothing ever arrived. I tried to contact the vendor and received no response. I filed a claim via PayPay on 9/30. You are asked to pay six months worth of payments in advance using wire transfer and then the loan amount will be "transferred to your checking account the next day", which doesn't happen.
