I had given a deposit and at the time of moving the driver never responded and my uncle struggled so hard pushing them to get my stuff taken care off. I had horrible experience with WWL. This company charges $300.00 per hour in labor. When talking with the owner he stated that you pay for quality and craftmanship, but odds are his Hispanic worker was paid less than $25.00 per hour. After either calling or visiting every Wolf store in my area I was told that they did not carry that camera and did not intend to get one in. I ordered an Ideapad from Lenovo on 9/22/2008. At the time of order the product web site stated that the order would be shipped within 3 business days. Three days later the estimate shipping date was changed to 10/01/2008. The product website still stated that order would be shipped within 3 business day. We have been unable to get resolution with LHVC over an upcoming reservation. We made the reservation almost 2 years ago and were told in writing that we would be put in the new villas for our stay. Upon checking on our reservation in September I was told that there was no guarantee. Since that time I have tried to contact the Jackie Bramhill, Customer Service Manager, to no avail. She will not answer my calls or emails. When I contact the resort they will not tell me who is in charge and get me to that person. The runaround continues and the trip quickly approaches. Jason Shroot is not a great person to deal with. He has a nasty and smug attitude. He doesn't fix things. Avoid his properties... It's not worth the stress and headache he gives you. Last week I sent my delivery van to Carrier Transicold at City of Industry because the van’s refrigeration system stopped cooling. Two days later I picked up the van and found out the charges for this repairing was almost double as the previous one, which was the exact same repairing — inspecting, tightening, and refilling the refrigerant I had 13 months ago.
