This company is a rip-off. Tried to send back the luminess airbrush before the end of the 30 day trial, they refused it and sent it back. When I called them to find out why they said it didn't matter since it was now past the 30 days. They have continued to try to make debits on my credit card and threaten collections. The phone number at collections does not actually connect you with anyone and the customer service line does not work (get a not valid number recording). Recently I returned an item that was misleading in it's advertising in an OPT catalog. When returning an item, you can pay for it yourself, or use the "convenient" and expensive OPT return label service. I chose to pay for it myself at half the cost. When the credit was issued by OPT, it was reduced by the amount of the return label service, when no shipping should have been deducted at all. My car was hit by a UHaul truck early October and there still hasn't been any progress on my claim. Every time I call Republic Western Insurance Company(Insurane company which handles claims on behalf of Uhaul) I get the run around so basically they dont wan't to do the right thing and professionally handle my claim. I made the costly mistake of joining the Fitness Edge in Stratford, CT. This company uses ABC Financial to collect their membership dues. I joined last December at one of those booths that they had set up in the Trumbull Mall. I ordered Twin Peaks season 1 and 2 from them and what I go t was a very bad copy of the first 4 episodes over and over and then the rest wouls not play. Since purchasing a 2008 HP Pavilion Slimline PC a few months ago, I have had nothing but compatibility problems with it's built-in Vista Windows program. I heard about this before purchasing it, but was also told that the problem had been resolved and it was safe to purchase it. The supposed problem-solving Service Pack 1 is a total joke. I am continuously downloading the driver to my HP 6310 printer (also new!) since it won't read it every time. I should have trusted my instincts and switched to a Mac! That's my next plan. A charge was posted to my credit card account on May 5 08, for an alleged purchase, by DRI Symantec, or myord.com. I have made no computer purchases. A software seller has "hacked into" the faculty e-mail at a local college, and I have twice received the results of that. I suspect that this is part of the scam. I have been looking for this product everywhere. Finally, I gave in and ordered directly from the manufacturer. First, the ordering process is very confusing and automatically adds on the Hollywood Bumpit even when you say "no." Second, the S&H is almost as much as the product! back in june 06 they setup the plan wrong. Called them many times and everytime they said "plan is okay". Finally in Sept 07 I talked to a rep that found the problem and fixed and she backed tracked all the extra charges to come up with 146 dollars or so. She submited the credit, but it was denied because they only do 60 days back. So they only gave me credit for the past 2 months.
