I needed their product immediately and ordered on a Thursday night, one day shipping. The product arrived on Monday, too late. Their website did have a check off for Saturday delivery, but I was incorrect to assume it would be delivered Saturday. It cost me $25 for one day shipping. BEWARE! My experience with Comfortshoesny.com is the worst I ever had with internet purchasing. I placed my order on April 24, my credit card was billed on May 5, today (June 26) no shipment and no response to my e-mails about order cancellation. Do not purchase archos products! Their products are junk! When they inevitably fail, as they will, getting through to their customer support is essentially impossible, unless you have the better part of a morning to remain on the telephone. If you do eventually get through, and get an RMA number with which to return the defective unit for repairs, do not expect it to actually be repaired!! I sent in an AV500 mobile DVR which they kept for a month, then finally returned to me in exactly the same defective condition in which I had returned it to them. SCAM!!, DECEPTIVE!! Don't trust them. I will never go to them again. Ripped me off on a brake job. First stated I needed front/rear pads and rotors($405), had warranty on the pads. When I went back 2 days later to get the work done, they replaced the front/rear pads and front rotors($423). The mechanic working on my vehicle stated I didn't need my rear brakes done. I filed my taxes using Taxbrain on 1/15/09. My taxes were supposed to be direct deposited using Metabank. Taxbrain used the wrong bank info when they sent my file to the IRS and my refund was sent to another bank. Blazeflash is the worst courier services I came across till date. I did not go in for Registered Post which takes max 3 days, just because I wanted immediate delivery. I have sent a courier to Nagpur Maharashtra on 7th August, from Bangalore, and It has not reached even today (10th August). What more, the online tracking system shows the destination as 'Delhi'.
