I had a trip booked on united vacations and wanted to change my return flight. The flight was booked on a united flight serviced by US Air, I wanted to change the flight to a US air flight serviced on another day. Do not deal with this company. I have had nothing but trouble and floods since they installed a "watergrabber" in my basement. The last storm the pump failed to activate. When I called I had to wait for 6 hrs. for a return call while my basement filled with water. When I finally got a call back the "technician" told me I needed a different type of system. We started with Accushield financial about 2 1/2 years ago, and it has done nothing for us other than take our money and out it who knows where for who knows what...nothing has been paid off or settled...nothing has even been done to try and settle any ammounts...they take our money, which when we started we were told that it was going to be $300 a month they would be taking out and instead they take out diffrent ammounts every month leaving us not knowing whats going on. This package was booked during a period when they were offering a $ 400 travel coucher when booking a vacation package for a couple. I am getting a VA loan to buy a house, and you can have no collections. My mortgage lender told me i have to have this cleared up ASAP as I have a contract on a house. It just popped up on exp.
