Logged into my banking today for a $7.93 charge to my bank account listed as "integratedidea.com raymore mou" that neither my husband nor I did as we do not do internet transactions with our banking cards. I went to the website cannot find any detailed information (phone number, address, etc) for this company so I sent a message thru their contact link and also a personal email to [email protected] and still have not heard anything. If I cannot get answers I am filing fraudlent charges tomorrow with my bank and whomever else I need to get involved because someone has to put a stop to this nonsense. read full review »

I ordered an LCD from Laptopz.com. Received a shipment in a few days, but it was not the LCD I ordered. When I notified Laptopz.com of the problem, they told me I ordered the wrong part. How could they know that if they didn't send me what I ordered in the first place? Four emails later and I'm still without the part I ordered. Unfortunately, I have received the same run around that others have received from USA Wallpaper. I placed an order in May and found out later that my items were on backorder. When I canceled my order I was told that it would take 1 to 2 billing cycles to receive a refund. Four months and countless emails and phone calls later, and I am still awaiting a refund. stonebridge benefits handles the claims for your home reward program. We had joined but cancelled last feb. Now for the past 2 weeks we get 2 calls a day. No one there. caller id shows the number and if you call you get a recording to call an 800 number to hear about benefits. Home Eq was contacted for a loan modification on my loan, they sent incorrect paperwork and required 12, 000 dollars to do the loan modification. A conference call to them corrected the modification and they said they would send the correct paperwork. I went into United Furniture in Edmonton to purchase a brown leather sofa and 2 chairs. I purchase them and they were shipped to my home in High Level via Rainbow Transport. I had to use my credit card to activate a 3-month gift card for this company. They listed numerous books as "available" which would be shipped in days, however one of the books I selected wasn't available. They wouldn't send the two others that were. My gift card was being charged even though I had nothing for my money. I think they list lots of books they really don't have and wait for someone to order them. They make it very difficult to cancel their alarm monitoring contract. I sent in a letter 5 times according to their instructions and they kept rejecting it until the contract automatically renewed for a whole extra year. The first time I ordered the Optibay from MCE technologies a month ago it never arrived in the mail, and I never received a tracking number or the shipment, despite receiving a shipping confirmation email. Less than honest when relating their products and use, or that you have a money back guarentee, heavy handed selling techniques, refuse to honor ending a contract with in 3 days of signing it, stated you can end the contract early except you will owe the original initial fee of $165 not the $50 deal they promised to treat inside and outside. Don't write them a check they use your rounting number to withdraw fees they think they are owed through ACH electronic debting.
