I also have a compaint with Hotelclub for booking an apartment in New York. They charged me 200 USD calling it a deposit. Whereas their booking conditions describe this amount as an advance to secure the booking, the remainder to be paid at the hotel. Then in NY the hotel charged me a separate bill excl. the 200 USD. After several mails avoiding the matter, Hotelclub now calls these costs not a deposit nor an advance but reservation costs. This is a ridiculous amount but if it had been termed reservations costs it would have been clear. I find that Hotelclub misleads customers and treats them badly. read full review »

Make sure you check you bank statements every month. These people have been making money like this for some time. I just got charged twice, but one didn't go through. My back was ready to send it to them. I finally talked to someone from wc funsource who is worthless to talk to. She gives you no info. except a P.O. Box to write to. I bought their extender deluxe model and it says 180 days satisfaction guarantee. I used it for 3 weeks and it is painful and uncomfortable. I requested return but they told me i HAVE TO use it for 180 days and also I HAVE TO submit 25 posts to their forums. I don't know what kind of return term it is. I has as usual bought my ticket at Egmore station and boarded the train to St. thomas Mount station. An unusual crowd boarded the train at Saidapet station and the whole compartment was packed with no space to move. This is the ladies compartment. And further in Guindy some more got in. In this confusion, I happened to drop my ticket that I was holding to in the crowd. I sincerely believe that the doctors at this location of MES Solutions deliberately and knowingly falsify their reports because they are paid to by insurance companies so that they dont have to pay claims.
