My heater broke down. Called HMS. a technician came and said the blower was blown out. Needed approval from HMS to carry on. HMS denied the claim on the basis that I had not been maintaining the heating unit as required. I protested but with no avail. I believed that I had been ripped off by H.M.S. The reason I carried insurance is in case of unforseen circunstances. I think they just looked for a reason to deny the claim. read full review »

I have been receiving 5 to 7 calls a day from these people. I owe money on a credit card. It started with Nor don collections and they harassed me so much at work, it was part of the reason I was let go when they were bought out. Now Accounts Recovery Corp. has my account and they are relentless. They call daily 5 to 7 times. I explained I no longer was working and they made fun of me and said pay! The caller was a soft spoken female who wanted to order flowers for someone staying at the Trump Towers International. I recentlly purchased a hamilton beach coffee maker from walmart. After 7 months the coffee make broke due to material failer. Was guaranted for a year. Called Walmart and they said the time frame for them had expired and I needed to call the company. I called the company and they said they would not warrantee it either and that if I sent them moneyh they would send new part. No where in the warranty does it say anything about specific parts not being warrented. They said too bad and would not do anything. 21st Century Insurance are crooked and deceitful! I received my new insurance bill for my 2003 vehicle to find that my insurance had been raised $252 for 6 month period, which is $504 a year. I have been insured with 21st century Crooked Insurance for over 7 years. I have no tickets or accidents and have been a loyal and good client. This is disgusting and a number of other profane words. How sad that our government does not protect us from this type of shady business practices. Needless to say, I will be changing my insurance carrier and telling everyone I know to follow suit. read full review »

I bought a NEW 2010 Chevy Malibu in September (2009). Here we are, January 15, 2010 and my car has been in the shop 4 times for a total of 21 days!! First, I noticed water coming in from under the dash/kick panel on the passenger side. I took it to Carl Black of Kennesaw, GA. Their "Techs" could not find the leak. I only find out after a few days the dealership put my car in their carwash for 30 minutes and that was it! No water then there must NOT be a leak. They billed my warranty, GM, approx $300. Frig set at recommended settings the vegetable and meat drawers are at or below freezing (30 to 32degrees) Had multiple service calls with so called fixes and still have problem. Set frig to max and the veg compartment will only rise one or two degrees. The damper at the top of the frig clicks and clacks all the time. This part has been replaced 3 times and still have the problem. Sears has no ideas except to send a different person each time. Maybe they think they will wear us out. They est. my bill for a long time by over 200 units. Now they say we owe them a deposit. I have never been late in three years. They adjusted the bill and keeping what they owe me for deposit. I paid one 3 years ago. When I asked to speak to their supervisor they refused.I've read the same complaint from other people. Instead of crediting the over estimate they keep it for a deposit . Thats is unfair to us who pay our bills. They have been over estimated my bill for three years. Every spring I have been getting a bill with credit on it.
