When you order something on back order they still charge your credit card as of the day of the order. I don't think you should get charged for that item until they have the product and are ready to send it to you. I have also had trouble with getting qouted one S&H charge and then product is sent from a couple of different warehouses and they incurred more S&H then expected because there was more than one package. The dataone connection given by BSNL is not working. since the date of modem given to me the BSNL DataOne people have not at all responding to me or my phone calls. They say that they dont have any service personnel to attend the Broad band connection problems. They simply give a modem and some accessories and a password and username there ends the matter. Mobile Pet Groomers is the worst service ever. In less than 15 minutes the groomer completely butchered my cat. There are deep gouges in her skin and tufts of hair all over her body. It looks like he took a hatchet to her. I found out the groomer is the owner of the business. He didn't seem to care that I was upset with the job he did. I took this company to small claims court today (see my review below.) They have an ironclad contract that does not spell out what you were verbally told. It says they are required to give you 6 dates in 5 years that are "nearly" what you are looking for. I think that this is a horrible and very misleading advertising. I purchased the product once on a trial and you are essentially registered for auto-refills which are sent to you direct. I had no idea that I had registered for on going refills. However after calling Skin ID it was pointed out to me that it was made very clear on the website during the check out process. Musicians Friend has terrible customer service. I ordered a Toca conga set that was on sale from $500 down to $350 on the 17th of April. They shipped out some Mackie speaker instead. Recently cancelled out of Hampton Inn Properties for using their 100% Guarantee if I am not satisfied with: Friendly Service, Clean Rooms, Comfortable Surrounding; well, Hampton Inn GMs with guest assistance decided I was using the 100% "in excess".
