This bunch of scammers simply collected my credit card info and charged the card for the amount of $869.97 for no reason. I ordered laptop LCD from them and my order was for $99.99. Two weeks later I tried to contact them wondering where my LCD but they did not reply emails and they had answering machine on the phone posted on-line and there is no any other way to contact them. We had our oil changed on one of our cars and right when we got it hope it started leaving oil really bad. We took it back to speedy oil and told them what happened. They checked it out and said the oil pan was stripped. They said we have to get a new oil pan from the junkyard and bring it back to them and they would put it on for $70-$80 bucks. We had our friends mechanic look at it and come to find out it wasnt stripped at all. He put a new gasket and new drain plug in it and it works just fine. If you call 800 number directory assistance, they will give you their number as tech support for Linksys...well, they're not. They charge a crazy fee, $3.50 per hour, and then charge you $105 before you talk to one of the so-called techs...who aren't much help. Don't be fooled. They are thieves. I have been to the Nissan dealerships here in CT over 9 times for various problems. It is my only vehicle, and is a lease. The transfer case has been changed 2-3 times BRAND NEW! I personally called to cancel this automated re-order scam after second parcel was shipped. It was within the time frame to receive a refund on the second parcel. I was given a company return number, promptly shipped back the item with # on outside of package as I was instructed with return address. I also called my credit card company to cancel the charge. I am currently an employee at Quiznos in Mooresville NC. I have a list with at least 12 names and numbers of people who have worked there in the last three months.
