Geeks.com listed merchandise on their website as having certain features and specs. I receive the item only to find the specs are not accurate the item is far less than what I bought. After 2 hrs on the phone they agreed to take the item back. I foot the bill for shipping both ways they take a 15% restocking fee, and three weeks later my card has not been credited. They say they have not finished processing the return. This is unacceptable. I have never had this problem before and I order a lot online. UPS makes a habit of allowing drivers to drop packages at apartments when the driver feels inclined to do so. I've received many, many info notices in the past. Cellhut advertise as if they are selling new equipment. In reality, they sell poorly refurbished phones. The phone I purchased still had the contact list from the prior owner. That one was so badly corroded I returned it immediately, only to have it replace with another piece of junk. Paint peeling, display falling off. Please be careful when you shop at Sleepys. The salesmen are very unethical. Yesterday, I went in-store to look for a queen mattress and was misled and then, after making a phone complaint, was cheated by the phone representative. I am very concerned over how Capital One Auto Financing is applying payments on my account. When I was paying my normal payment and principal payments, I noticed they were not adjusting my principal balance at all. I called and was told that I needed to send a separate payment to a different lockbox, so I did. I bought a rather expensive ring from this company (www.wood-rings.com). It started falling apart within a few days of receiving it. The company refused to discuss warranty options with me and proceeded to ignore me. I only managed to get some talks going by initiating a dispute through Paypal. I made a collect call from a pay phone at the airport, Newark, NJ. Legacy LD billed $25 through AT&T. Outrageous! Legacy said "we own the pay phones and can bill anything we want." FCC forwards complaints to the vendor in an effort to resolve the complaint. My letters to Legacy received no reply, but I received a 90% credit very soon after making my complaint to the FCC. AT&T functions as a third party vendor and will credit back late charges and provide 90 day period in order to resolve the issue with Legacy. read full review »

I purchased 2 Movado watches in September 2005. One of the watches has always had a problem with a haze forming on the crystal. It is a $1, 500 watch, but the haze makes it look cheap. I ordered a sample from this company, agreed to pay the minimal shipping amount. A few days after the sample arrived, I have now been charged for a second amount which I did not order. I was charged $89.31, which as I am in New Zealand on the current rate converts to $ 173.08 NZ dollars. Sorry for being late but I was only able get back the shop on sunday to exchange the scratched dvds.I got there and asked if I could look at the replacment copy from the Clearwater branch to see if those dvds were scratched like the ones I had and it turns out that those dvds also have the same circular scratches but are not as bad as the dvds that were in the boxed set I had bought.I took the replacement dvd set but I said that I would mention this when I replied to my complaint here. Having found an advert in the Yellow Pages, that stated they were the quickest and cheapest, I contacted AAA Plumbing to come in and give us a quote.
