These folks have called my home # a few times and repeatedly ask for a person I don't know. The debt is for some credit card company I NEVER had business with. Oak Harbor Freight Lines damaged my shipment, and then said it would be 30-120 days to even process the claim, not promising resolution. In addition, they altered the bill of lading without my permission, removed the insurance coverage, and tried to charge me $200-$300 more for 2 shipments of 1 crate instead of the originally billed 1 shipment of 2 crates. The pre-installed Motion Computing software has the appearance of software developed in the early 1990's. I have turned 3 different phones over to this company. Other than normal wear and tear on these phones & minor blemishes from everyday use they were all in good working order. We wanted to buy the appliances for our new home in town to support local business. We spent $12000.00 on all appliances. We talked with Sears local store and decided to stay local. The sales representative who sold us the packet was really good at convincing us to buy into the time share to the point that we signed the contract under duress. Ever since we have had the time share(4 yrs), we have only been able to use it once because there is no availibility, it is always booked.
