RUDE AND FORCEFUL
This is the worst place even to visit if you are looking for a relaxing evening...

even in the midst of massage..this lady MAGGIE...apparently the boss. barged into my room...without even asking...and started testing the jacuzzi...for the next customer...prior to that..she was screamin and shouting...whilst she was talking..i think she doesnt know how to speak softly..

she was also seen screamin at her staff..guessed she doesnt know how to behave herself neither she deserves any respect from any mankind.

i really pity the staff working with her...

they are badly bullied...and after this TALL GIGANTIC AND UGLY LOOKING LADY..i mean...if you are so ugly..how can i trust u with my face..ppl dun allow her to do anythin to ur face either..you wun wan to end up lookin like her...

even a customer like me...that has never complained abt any service provider..is voicin out this time ard..

when u guys meet her..u will empathise with me..

with someone talking at the top of her voice..while you are there..

u feel DISTURBED...and with her RUDE ATTITUDE...i was so mad..when the staff showed me to my rm..THE GIANT LADY screamed at her..for bringing me in without waitin for her instruction..and screamed at me..and asked me to sit down...WTH rite??

POOR staff...i really pity her...so old already...get screamed at by such a mean LADY!!!

I BEG all singaporeans..never to patronise them..if you dun wish to upset yourself...

or if you do not wish to spend...your time...saying" no i am not keen to extend my package..."

its not cheap either for your info...

Hard Sell
I signed up for a package in one of their branches near my house. When I moved, I asked to transfer my package to another branch nearer to my new place. After making the appointment with the new branch at Holland Village, and confirming with both branches that the package has been transferred, the one at Holland Village called just before I left for my appointment to say that the timing was shifted back by half an hour. That was the start of my horrible experience. When I arrived in their new appointed time, a salesguy by the name of Fanson started hardselling upgrades of my existing package with all kind of newfangled UV products etc, without explaining how it helps my skin apart from the fact that he had "analeese" my skin. His colleague, a lady then came along and suggested other upgrades. When I told both of them that not having been to a facial for a long time as I was busy with moving house, I just wanted to do what my existing package provides. I patiently told them that since we come for massages and facials to relax, it's best that they provide the service we paid for first, before trying to hard sell, especially since this was the first time I'm stepping into this branch. I don't even know the level of their service, and they're already trying to sell me more. The "consultants" then tried to justify what they're doing as their "duty", when they made no effort whatsoever to explain how the products they were recommending would help, apart from their cursory "analeese". Quite apart from their hopeless command of English, they then went on to say that what they are doing are no different from other spas, and that there was no obligation. Of course there is no obligation! What did they think they were - Hotel California?!! They finally let me proceed into the spa treatment room, and only after I have changed out, the lady "consultant" instead of the therapist stepped in to "clarify" that it was only if I upgraded my package that I am allowed to transfer my package to this branch, because I was "not their customer". I said that there was nothing in the contract when I signed up that limited me to one particular branch. In any case, I've checked with both branches when making the appointment and nobody said it was a problem and it was on that basis that they accepted my appointment. She then said the receptionists did not know what they are doing. Only the consultants and managers can decide. I said that was besides the point, especially since the consultant from my previous branch had said that it was OK, and both of them before I stepped into the treatment room did not say an upgrade was a pre-condition. I therefore changed out, and outside was this huge transvesite-looking person, who rumbled in her manly voice, together with the other two consultants that it was the understanding, that I was told that an upgrade was necessary etc. I told them that I was not told, and that I was never going to step into their Little House of Horrors ever again.
