I click on an ad emailed to me forBuy Low Auctions. I thought it was legtimate. They ask you to register, which I did and toput your credit card in to join to bid on items. the next day I saw there were $150 in charges to my account. I was told I could not cancel the registration or get my money back. I have tried to bid on several auctions and they a fraud. there is no way to win as they restet over and over agin during the last 20 seconds of the auction. One auction went on this way for 2 days. Cognizant Technology Solutions doesn't take care of it's employees. There are no reward systems and the salary is very low. I purchased a Kenmore Electric Range model 790 in 3-2006 and in Nov. 2008 my oven burn element coil shorted out and fell to bottom of oven. The coil melted through. Sears did not want to hear about this as we did not buy an extended warranty just the one year service. The coil also damaged the memory board that controls the oven. Wow! What a crappy business. The worst customer service ever. After taking $6000 of my money they failed to deliver a Olds 455 engine as promised. Many, many, many phone calls and emails were not delivered. It was not until I threatened to call the State Troopers did the engine get shipped (10 days after they had said it was shipped and a month+ late). When the engine got here it was not complete. They gave me one set of papers that weren't with the money spent. They rush quick to get all the money they can and then won't respond to communication after the initial paperwork is sent. $98.00 + $48.95 + $845.00 = 1 bad/late packet of paperwork and no returned calls/e-mails. This company has been taking $1000 "security deposits" from contractors, designers & architects since summer of 2009 but they have not produced the lead generating program that they have promised. It appears that they may be out of business now. I have been trying to get my money refunded since October 2009 and they have never responded other than telling me "they are working on it". Our care credit account has been a pain in the neck since we got it. They did not send our first bill so immediately (6 weeks after the surgery) had added extra fees. I purchased and downloaded this software, (Pinnacle Studio V12.1 Ultimate) which would not install. I spent hours on the phone with tech support, to no avail. Finally, I purchased the DVD disk of the software, which was shipped, and installed properly. Today, Digitalriver sent me an e-mail, advising me that the download was defective, and instructing me to re-download the original purchase.
