Ordering from this company was a HUGE mistake. We placed two separate orders with FiguraFashion.com and both orders were botched. On the first order (for many sarees for our Sangeet), they decided to send us their own interpretation of our order, ignoring the calls and emails we sent them with EXACT instructions. Purchased a HD TV set with a $500 gas card offer back in August. Actually, they convinced me to purchase 2 tv sets because of the $500 rebate each. I have received only 1 $25 card even though I have submitted my monthly receipts of $100 min. as required. I have called too many times to mention. I am put on hold and no one ever comes on the line. I received a little notice from Target National Bank informing me that they were going to raise my rate to 18.9. It has been 15.9. Now this may not seem like much but it is for no reason at all. I have always paid on time... never ever late. I have always paid over the minimum. I am writing this to inform others to check their interest rates. My wife and I have been working with WF Loss Mitigation Dept. in an attempt to save our home. They say the lowest unique bidder will win the item that which anyone is bidding on. but instead of letting the user be able to input the unique bid, they say that the system automatically will pick the next unique number and bid it for you. So that means everyone's bid is unique but the only one person who should actually win would be the very first person who bids .01 cents. THis company advertises lifetime file downloads for $26.65 but after you have ordered and received your credit card info it turns out to be $105.95. When I asked why, I was informed that in their terms and conditions it spelled out that there were various other services that you were being charged for. I saw the commerical, my husband and I decided to purchase this software. As soon as I installed it, it found 599 errors, afterwards this program would pop in the middle of other websites, freezing up everything. My computer has never been the same, it runs slower, and freezes. Received a bill from HRRG collections in the amount of $1434 for a ER physician for my son. I had taken my son to the hospital on 2/10/10. Curious why the amount is so high as I have insurance, United Healthcare. I ordered a phone from them at a very nice discount. I believed I was getting a discount because I was ordering an unlocked phone. What I discovered - is FRAUD. There is absolutely no way to get in contact with them. They immdiately charge your account, and promise to send tracking numbers and ship the merchandise within 72 hours. I recently bought a house through Cartus Relocation and my experience could not have been worse. This is in Connecticut where Cartus is headquartered. I had a pre-agreement with the seller and things were smooth. The seller was relocating through Cartus and they started dealing with the property. They are a mess.
