I want to report a lady who runs and owns Echo Lake Cattery. Her name is Pam Allred. I should have done a background check on her before doing buisness. She and her buisness has a unsatisfactory rating with the BBB in Arkansas due to her failure to respond to complaints filed by customers ranging from refunds to health garrentees. This company has very poor customer service. I ordered a helmet on 6/30, and did not hear from them in over a week, then was told my helmet was out of stock and they would have to get it from another manufacturer. so i was put in contact with van rue . i was told that they were in charge of my college loans. They told me that i would just have to complete a 10 months program and i was told that then i would be able to get my income taxes back. what they fail to tell you is that even if you miss a month and then talk to them and get it straight. they will reset your time. My Sharp Aquos broke down within eight months of purchase. I have tried to get them to send out a repair person. The best they can do is a seven day wait in the Metropolitan area of Riverside/San Bernardino of California. This is unacceptable.
