I purchased this series mainly because they said it was "Excellent picture and audio quality. That is not the case. The picture quality is poor and the audio has a tendency to cut in and out. The Third Watch DVD series that seen me was useless. The package was damaged when it arrived. One case inside was damaged. Of the DVD's I looked at and tried playing; one was scratched, one wouldn't play at all, and the audio wasn't with the video on two that I did play.
