I had reserved a post office box through the UPS store in another state. To reserve the PO Box, I had to submit my credit card information. Within 24 hours I cancelled the hold on the PO Box. The merchant decided to take it upon himself and charge me for three months of service even though I never signed for the box, nor did the reservation entail that I be charged a minimum 3 month premium for holding the box. I ordered two bags of coffee from them and they sent it to me and then charged me accordingly, but after that with no written notice they charged me 48.95 i called them and they said that when i ordered the first two bags i joined a membership. I did not want a membership and canceled it on the phone they said they would return my money when i returned two more bags of coffee that they never sent me but eventually did. I have been trying to cancel membership with SMCorp since the moment I felt I was talked into giving out my credit information and forced into becoming a member. I have called repetedly and when gotten a real person instead of a machine they have transfered me to a machine detailing instructions on how to cancel which were not aplicatable in my situation. When I recieved the packet in mail as said on the machine for canceling I returned the packet. The following are my opinions with some facts. I am a former employee of this company. And it is in my opinion that this has got to be the worst company in the world to work for. They care nothing about the patients and only about making money. They will trim down staff to a skeleton crew just to save money on payroll even if it means patient care is compromised. Primus were unclear in charging. Absolutely hopeless technically. Trying to set up at home with Vista was nearly impossible. By the end, I knew all help line staff by name. They'd had me downloading, installing, uninstalling. Finally after MONTHS, they conceded the problems were with their server. E.mail was also useless. After weeks of trying to set up with their help, their server crashed catastrophically, and all info was lost. Price fluctuates monthly and inexplicably.
