A 3 licence commercial was purchased for £59.99 for an internet download. This was not able to be activated on no.2 or 3 computer. Kaspersky was immediately e-mailed and the reply was for me to photograph the screen, scan and sent to Kaspersky. The problem was that my main PC was now unusable. I have repeatedly requested the return of my payment as the item was unworkable. All this was within 72 hours and to date no more has been heard. the original purchase was on 24/11/2010 read full review »

I had cancelled my membership a year ago and they were still pulling money out of my account.I called the corporate office and was told it would be 3-5 days for them to process my request for a refund. I have called and spoken to every employee, supervisor, and the manager of the corporate office and they have been nothing but dishonest and deceptive. The manager told me that they didn't have to refund the money. Even after I proved that I had cancelled my membership. I sent them a copy of my phone statement to prove I had called and that they had made an error or this is just the way they scam people. read full review »

Copy of complaint sent to Hillarys:- Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to make a formal complaint about the lack of customer service I have received from your company, the shambolic way my shutters were eventually located and dispatched and finally the unprofessional way the shutters have been fitted. Initially it took 13 weeks and 27 phone calls to get my shutters delivered. In the end I did manage to speak to a customer services manager, after 4 times being promised one would call me back but never did, and he told me my shuuter... read full review »

Z57
JunK85 November 5, 2009
Z57 did not generate one (1) real lead for us and charged us over $300 to develop a website we had to go in and customize. They then charged $99 a month for hosting with many many promises of business leads and marketing. We contacted the company to reduce the monthly from $99 to $49. They continued to charge our account for the original $99 per month and have yet to provide a refund. We have talked with 5 different people including a supervisor, David Keays, saying our money was to be refunded and would be in 2-3 business days. That was a month ago. Shady business and they do not provide what they promise. DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! read full review »

Hair Club for Men and Women
December 20, 2007
On October 6, 2007 I went with my boyfriend to look into hair transplants and similar opportunities. Hearing about the hair club for men and women, I figured it would be a rewarding experience. As it happened, it was completely the opposite. We went in and talked to a consultant and was explained the process and completed the interview portion. She took us into the trial room and explained the payment procedures. She said we were eligible for a DISCOUNT card and said we could pay $75 a month to pay off the debt. She mentioned this a few time... read full review »

Very shady, not surprising for a towing company. Ashley's Towing towed my car yesterday in front of my apartment complex for having expired tags. Two years ago we joined a campground membership called Coast to Coast. We were new to the retirement RV traveling. We learned that memberships like this are a ripoff. Even if you lived down the street from your home park you can never recoup the amount of money you pay for the sign up fees and the yearly dues and the yearly dues of your home park. You pay, pay, pay and get nothing in return. They claim their campsites are only $10 a night but they don't tell you how awful some of their campground resorts are.
