I had to google this to see what it was as I'd never heard of it before and then I came across this site with other people in the same boat. After more than a year of using the service, I checked one of my invoices and I noticed that the bill is fraud and the total is increased by about $15. The receiver "pitch" is a scam. You will not ever get a person in the United States through customer service. And don't bother to explain because they cannot understand. While they seem nice enough, they just can't understand. XM took a very happy customer and wiped it all away in a 38 minute phone call. DON'T BUY INTO IT!!! Never give them your credit card. I bought a wood stove for my home from Northern Tool. It weighed over 500 lbs and the company knew I was a private consumer. They charged me $85 to lower the lift gate to move the stove to the ground. Then they informed me, at the time of the delivery, that the truck would leave my stove out on the street. THey had a machine that took your order and I wanted 2 pillows for $20 and after I gave my credit card info they said my bill was $96 and hung up. There was nothing I could do to change it and when I went to the website you can't call them or see your order to change it or anything.
