My Husband was told he was purchasing jewelry that was worth $684.00 @ 80% off that price. What he purchased was costume jewelry that was not even worth the $150.00 he spent. The store Associate out and out lied about the true value and he thought he was getting a really good deal. The receipt of course states very clearly that you can only receive a store credit and not a refund. This store should be put out of business for their deceptive ways of misleading the customer. I'm really upset for what this so called company has done with me. Bobby promise a lot of things but as soon I agree and deposit the money on my credit card I never heard of Bobby again. I just got off the phone with Waterboss customer service. I have owned one of their water softeners for about 5 years and the thing has not worked properly since day one. I took a job aboard a cruise ship. Once onboard you are at the mercy of the comapany. They do not adhere to working hours. Everglades University, a.k.a. Keiser University is an online scam pretending to be a revolutionary online college. They are a for-profit school, and are not accredited. They represent to you on the phone that you can pay as you go and set your own schedule, but actually will bill you for an entire semester regardless of how many classes you actually take. This can be around $6, 000 dollars. Even if you withdraw from a class, they will continue to bill you for the remaining classes that you do not take, and then turn your account over for collection years later ruining your credit history. My wife went to the website and took advantage of a free 30 day offer for Credit Report services. Before the 30 days was up she called and notified the company that we wanted to cancel. She was assured it was cancelled. We just got our credit card statement and a $14.95 was presented . I called and complainted then they claimed they dont show anywhere that my wife had cancelled the service and that I would have to pay the $14.95. Took my car to this Meineke for an oil change, Tire balance and rotation 20 September 2008. after getting home i was going to fill my window washer and noticed my oil filter wasn't changed. As for the tire rotation and balance, It was worse after the servce then before. to sum it up it cost me $80.04 for a fake oil change and a so called tire rotation and Out of Balance service for my car. Very poor product quality. Non existent customer service. Windows installed in 1988. Window seals failed after less than 3 years in service. Multiple window closing mechanism failures and multiple window latch failures. I ordered some Advantage and was told that it shipped that same day. It never arrived. When I wrote the company repeatedly, they kept blaming the weather or some other weird excuse. I asked for a tracking number so I could figure out exactly where the package was located. It was never provided.
