I sent my smartphone that I didn't use anymore to Full Circle Wireless. The phone worked fine and was only a year and a half old; I just got a new one because my plan allowed me to. We bought a new bed at Gallery Furniture and I had also just gotten a brand new iPhone. These phones are $200 when you add a new line but once you add the line, the phone is at $400 to replace. I had purchased 2 pairs of the same Prada shoes in different colors. They were thong type sandals. Both pairs broke - the thong part came completely out of the sole (a clear defect in the design of the shoe itself). When they offer their timeshares they promise you this grand picture of "Free Bonus Time" . In all the years I have had my timeshare I have been able to stay at a resort on Bonus Time once; they say you can stay at least once a month. Also, if they put you on the standby list, which they always do, they do not even call you to tell you if you cannot get bonus time. This company reported collection activity for books I never ordered nor received. In 2006, I spoke with a rep. of One Spirit Book Club and informed them that I had not ordered, nor received the books for which they were demanding payment. They excused themselves, and that was the last I heard of this until January of this year when West Bay Acquisitions filed a collection report with the creit bureaus. This company is a nightmare to work with. They undercut people's pay routinely, and intentionally, hoping they will eventually get fed up with the run-around and just let it go. We rent movies weekly from the Movie Gallery in our area and upon checking out were asked if we'd like to purchase a bag of popcorn and a little plastic flag for a buck, proceeds to go to buying movies for the troops. After we purchased this I read the sign as we were leaving that 10% goes to troops. A place I have used is Propertyroom.com. It gives you police seized items but also a lot of stores dump there items here too. Loads of jewelry. I have purchase maybe a dozen rings / earrings and a necklace... all were as described and all very inexpensive!!! They have bulk items that can be a great value but (as with any auction) it can grow to something that isn't a great value. My husband has purchased car stereo items through here as well. They have committed out and out fraud. They claim to be able to match perfumes and they have no ability to do this service they are advertising. They need to be held accountable somehow. They use the mail to send their products months late and then claim a return policy of 30 days from purchase.
