We placed a big office order today, and amongst that order were 2 Pasta salads. One Greek Salad, one Chicken Salad. I had an accident on 17 April 2008. A R.A.M. courier driver sped through a red robot and collided with my vehicle and sent me spinning. My vehicle was written off a week later and I am STILL waiting for MFC to de-register the vehicle so that the insurance can settle the car and I can buy a new one!!! The insurance company want the de-registration papers first and MFC wont de-register the vehicle until the Insurance have settled it. My vehicle has been to Action Ford Constantia over 10 times for the same problem. My little 1.3 bantam has never been right since day one. I have an idling problem that apparently cannot be fixed!!! They have accommodated me with a courtesy vehicle when my car has been with them, and I really believe that they have tried to come to the party, but I think there workshop lacks the skills to fix the problem. I am a woman and took my car to be repaired to that shop after speaking to my insurance company who reccommeded this Body Shop. The owner stated that the repairs would be done just as if the car went to Jaguar dealership. I paid Showcars-bodyparts.com $500 for a fiberglass hood. They only accept checks, no credit cards. I was told my hood would be shipped within a week adter they received my money. 4 weeks after they cashed my check I received the hood. What a piece of crap! Gel coat was cracked, hood was mis shapen, structure was wrong and it was too long. After cutting and working on it for a few hours, we we're sure it was junk. We have been GM card members for 7 years and have accumulated $5, 893 dollars in points toward a GM car. When we decided to claim these towards a new GM vehicle we were told we could only use $1, 000 in cash towards a new vehicle. Nothing on the web page said anything about a 2 week trial period before they sent you the full order and charged the full price of $89.95 plus shipping. 2-10 Warranty is a horrible company. I have an AC unit that went out on 6/29/2009. It is now 7/17/2009 and has been about 90-100 degrees everyday. They have not still fixed the unit. I have made nearly 70, yes 70 calls to them with never once a call back. They do not live up to their end of the deal, do not care.
