Had great experience with direct tv until I needed service. First scheduled technician did not fix problem. Second and third did not show up in the specified time frames (6-8 am and 8 am -12 pm). No call, just didn't come after I arranged for someone to be off work to meet them. 1st excuse was he got there an hour after the time frame. Still waiting for second excuse. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing. They charged 70$ for a service call and the only thing the guy did was tell me I needed a new hot water heater and that it would cost me close to 2500$. He didn't drain the tank or stop the leaking or anything! It is for a traditional, every day 40 gallon water heater in a condo. I had another plumber do it for under 1000$. Service department told me I had a broken motor mount and a broken transmission mount. Cost to repair was about $1, 000. Terasen Gas cut his service with no warning or even a knock at the door in winter!! he had no heat or water for 16 days! I had also sent my change of address by registered mail in anticipation that they would change their address as they stated in their conditions. I never received notice that they had done so as was also noted in their conditions. I had to find a new dentist due to our new insurance. I had heard about Q Dental and was pleased to see one close to me. I had my first root canal done, which was done in 3 visits. Called and ordered Montels Health Master, sounded good, but the next day we looked on line and they charged us for 2 of them they were not the same price one had $30.00 warranties the other was $19.99 for the warranties which we didn't want the prices for the unit them selves were different 1 was $199, 96 the other was $159.00 one had $19.99 S&H the other had $29.98.
