Applied for a refinance with CapWest Mortgage out of Kansas. Horrible ordeal with loan officer, charged 375.00 home appraisal fee to my credit card without doing the comps in my area. Appraisal came in way low to get the refinance. They tried to sell me a FHA loan with 7000.00 in point fee's plus closing costs. Disputing the Appraisal Fee with Credit Card company. I bought a 1967 Ford Mustang that did not have the original engine or transmission. It was modified for racing then made street legal. I was having trouble with the dipstick tube leaking. I had to keep putting transmission fluid in the vehicle every third or fourth day. Documentation (forms) were given to us and in turn all documents were mailed (certified) to Promotions to arrange for the Free crusie and airfare. My paperwork was signed for early May. IOS Telecom apparently is a 3rd party setup that provides services for privately owned phones. My situation phone was in a hospital, mental health ward, phone allowed collect calls which I accepted from patient/family member. IOS confirmed the call was 10 min and the charge on the bill was for $34.96, for a distance of approx 80 miles. A second call charge was $54.96. My experience with Boston Medical Group left me with a feeling of being duped. Other talk about a "used car type" of sales pitch, and I can't agree more. Things that you need to know before going to BMG...They only have one form of treatment for everyone and it involves injecting an expensive drug into your winkie. You must do this many times and the drugs are quite expensive. Your insurance will not cover these meds. Personally, I was not impressed with the results, but it sounds like some of the other people on this website were.
