My elderly mother and father recently purchased a Basic Black Dishwasher from KMART under the Kenmore Brand. It was not cleaning their dishes even when they rinsed the dishes before placing them in the dishwasher. They called for repair and the repair person stated that everything worked OK but the dishwasher was cheap and wasn't going to wash dishes. Every time the many issues I had go on inside my apt it would take maintenance at least 3 days to come fix the problem, after I called and complained numerous times in ONE DAY! The manager has the worst attitude and doesn't show any signs that he cares about his job. I was sucked into buying a timeshare with hotel melia "club melia" tropical. My 1st visit took place in July with family. 1st thing we realized was poor service, room we were given had broken A/C regulator, busted sofa bed. Unable to fix, they moved us to another non-club meila room. It had nothing of what I had contracted in timeshare. 2 days in that room and fighting with staff to move us. I worked in retail for seven years so I do not consider myself an unreasonable person when it comes to customer service. However, when I had to stand at the Clinique counter today (in Belks) for 20 minutes while the employee chatted with two elderly women, I got extremely irritated. I recieved a letter from Davco Productions Research stating that I had inquired about becoming a Mystery Shopper. They sent me a check in the amount of $4835.00, telling me to cash it at my bank and send them all except $400 of it, as a mystery shopping assignment. I phoned the bank (First Fidelity Bank) and they immediately stated that it was fraudulent and that Davco Productions had no account there and they are not affiliated in any way with a "Mystery Shopping" agency. My doctor prescribed 30 days of Azasite for conjunctivitis including 2 refills. First bottle Apr 19 lasted to Apr 25 but MEDCO wouldn't pay because they said the first bottle was supposed to last 20 days. Same thing happened May 5 when the second bottle ran out. I received the patches and they looked absolutely terrible. I contacted Stadri and they informed me that they could not refund my money. The patches look absolutely nothing like the sample. I have contacted them numerous times, and I still have not received a resolution to this problem. Hopefully my credit card will be able to help me out. In addition it is impossible to get a manager on the phone, and half the time nobody answers the phone. I would warn anyone from working with Stadri. I feel this site is a complete fake and i have wasted my money. It is very funny that when i contact a woman on this site all she can write in response is the total of about 3 words. I have contacted a total of 30 to 40 women with the same results. Needless to say they have taken this lonely mans money and are probably laughing right now about it. I went to this beauty place to get my Permanent Makeup done. I waited for 20 mins in waiting area cus she was having a meeting. She gave me some forms to sign before the consultation. I had the same problem but with Roadloans. I refinanced with HSBC and paid off the loan. On 1/23/11, I attempted to purchase eyeglasses during Lensway.com’s “All Frames $38” sale. The pair that I had selected apparently was overlooked on their website and retail for $128. I've just been going through the merchant dispute process with CitiCards. They now say I have no recourse since the retailer's return receipt for the merchandise arrived at my home one day after some Mastercard cutoff date. So I have lost the merchandise, yet still have to pay the original price. I have found that Citicards disputes are subcontracted to Credit Bureau Disputes, Inc. This product is such a freaking waste. The bottoms would have fit my five year old and the top I got was way too big. I did send it back for a smaller size and when that came it was way too small. Well I drove as an owner operator for just over two years with England. I did make over 106.000 for each of the two years I busted my ass, however after everything gets deducted I was lucky to make 33, 000 but here's the kicker that is before taxes are paid. I have owned points with Fairfield Resorts since 2004. They were joined with Wyndham about a year ago. Since then, no one there can help you. Here are some of the things that have happened to me: 1. Please stay clear of this company! They make/sell bags that are nothing like they claim on their website.
