I was charged an unauthorized annual renewal fee of $53.86 on 4/14/08 from Norton.com. I do not currently and have not had this service for over a year. I currently recieve it free from my cable supplier. When you go to Norton.com/cs ca to resolve the matter as usual you have to jump so many hoops and wait so long, over 18minutes, that you decide to give up and just contact your cr card issuer and they in turn will start you on more hoop jumping. I've just had a terrible customer service call with this company. It may be (and I can't tell, because there's nothing on my account with this website) that my billing and shipping address were either transposed, or something. We had called this company and told them we were changing gas companies and not to bring us anymore gas. We would contact them when we got down to 10% so they could pick up their tank. We told them we would not be participating in their lock-in price contract, a full 2 weeks before the end date. I orderd seven items from Amiclubwear and when I received the items they were not as advertised. I received a pair of boots that were suppose to be made of suede but were actually made of some kind of recycled paper. In addition, the sweater dresses received were made of nylon and very thin. Hi, I injured my shoulder and my doc sent me to physical therapy. When this didn't help, I ended up having surgery. I ended up having bone spurs, arthritis and pinched nerves. I was sent back to physical therapy after surgery. My insurance only allowed 2 visits and then denied me. They said that I was only allowed 12 visits for the year and had used them up. I just want to make people aware that this system for taking your jewelry and precious gems and just giving you money without checking ownership first is unbelievable to say the least. I do not here them saying that proof of ownership has to be shown. They do not check with the local police to verify that the jewelry is not stolen and the right owners will never have a chance to get their personal items returned to them. This is a very shady company! They keep billing me over the limit fees. I called to find out the amount I needed to pay and when to get under the limit. I did as they said and they slapped another over the limit fee on me. I had to call the company 5 times in one day and still do not have the issue resolved. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am posting as many complaints on the internet that I can. I am also sending a complaint to corporate(like that will make a difference). I had a loan with FlagStar in 1998 and then my servicing was sold to GMAC Mortage shortly after my load close. I have been paying GMAC now for 10 years and when the rates went down I decided to refi and get cash out to do a builing project. The loan officer at GMAC call me on day and told me they couldn't find my title. So I call the county I live in and they told me the title was still showing FlagStar Bank. After a bit of Googling it appears this is a company similar and/or related to New Link Networks LLP about whom numerous similar complaints were lodged on this website in 2009. capital one offered me overdraft protetion, but failed to inform me after a few months that it would run out. They also were charging me which was only suppose to be a one time fee. After bringing these charges to their attention they apologized and only waived one of two charges. Now on my feburary statement my APR as went from 13.15% to 22.90% and my mimimum payment as gone from $15.00 to $17.00. My father was approached by a sales rep for Iowa Steak Co and decided to pick up 3 cases of steaks. The meat was terrible and as tough as shoe leather. Patrol Masters is just like any other security company: they are able to get away with not performing regular, diligent work, so they just don't do anything. Their owner even said "what do you want me to do, tow cars?" in response to a request to tow cars in violation of code! Lazy (they have been known to take up to 3 hours to respond to noise complaints). Inept. Crooked (they will email homeowners in violation and allow them a 'second chance' in violation of the HOAs, rather than cite and tow). This company told me after I signed up that I could cancel in 3-5 days. I canceled the second day. Would not refund my money. I was told that they had providers in my area. After I signed up and paid, I found out the closest provider was in the next state!! When I called to cancel, they asked why. I signed up for Comcast service at Broadbandoffers and submitted three rebates totaling $179.95 in February 2007. I made a payment with Continental Finance, Mastercard. They took out 3 payments of $60.00 out of my bank account, but I authorized only 1. I talked to mastercaard and told them about the situation. They said that they would refund the 2 payments. I have not seen any refund.
