I made a payment with Continental Finance, Mastercard. They took out 3 payments of $60.00 out of my bank account, but I authorized only 1. I talked to mastercaard and told them about the situation. My experience with ERS has to do with a college dept. I couldn't make a payment on it and talked to the accounts manager at the college about how I had to pay for my clutch to be rebuilt. We called Around the Clock Locksmith because myself and my room mate locked ourselves out by accident. He showed up, asked for my license, and than gave us an initial estimate of $395 for a "house unlocking" fee. I purchased a Haier America washer/dryer combo last June. I used it once and after one wash cycle the unit broke. I called Haier and told them that the cycle selector knob was stuck and that the unit was not drying clothes properly. I have a 2006 Chevy Uplander. The trim that runs down each side of the vehicle has (rusted/discolored) from one end to the other on both sides after only 2 years. The vehicle has 50, 000 miles due to the distance to my work. Credit Solutions cost me a lot of money and years of damage to my credit. I believe they did nothing for the money they were paid. I was not even late on payments to creditors when signing on. Within 6 months a creditor took me to arbitration (which is unheard of). They could not get any return calls from Credit Solutions and neither could I. Never take your pet at Petsmart grooming. I took my cat there for a full grooming services and they didn't wash it. They brush it a little and cut his claws and charge me full price.
