Do not use this business. I was overcharge for a new air conditioner unit and they did faulty installation that cause my air conditioner unit to leak FREON. This unit was under warranty and they still charged me $500 to fill-up a 3 ton unit with FREON. Afterwards, I called another Plumber and they said this should have been covered under the warranty. He also said I was way overcharged for the price of FREON. I took this company to the BBB and they are still fighting. I had a pager with them for over ten years for my bussiness. They were billing my American Expreess card for the charges. Then I get a Collection notice from ERSolutions and ordering me to pay the late bill. I called them three times and no call back. I called American Messaging and they woud not talk to me since it was in collection. So They stop billing my credit card and then they send me to collections over $55.00. I was contacted by Mark Cooper to call him immediately regarding a debt before further action was initiated. I called him back. He stated I owed money for a check that had not been paid. I received the heavy precalculus book via UPS (I had paid for expedited shipping) on 1/19/2011. First of all I have been having problems with my vehicle. It turns out that the "CHECK ENGINE" signal came on and also a "jet " sounding engine along with it. I have been having problems with my cars performance. . I have read online that almost everyone that owns the same vehicle goes through the same problem and the dealer charges approximately 600-800 dlls to fix this problem. My issue here is that if its the manufactures defective part causing all of this hassle why do I have to pay for a defective part that has to be delt as a recall. I decided to have a custom bobblehead made of my friend. She is Chinese and has East Asian features. The doll does not look anything like here and is of very poor quality. They obviously painted another doll on their website so that it would have black hair. The painting was done very poorly and the lettering of her name was crooked. When I asked to have the doll remade they said they would charge another 25$ and do not offer refunds. This was in the month of December, 2006 from Mumbai airport, we were at the airport 35 minutes before the flight Departure, however were not allowed to board the flight, saying that we are already late. When I ordered this product, it was for a 15 day free trial. I ordered on 10/16/08 and I have not received it yet and they charged me 29.95 instead of 5.95. I can not get in touch with these people. When I call the number, it has a funny busy signal and goes dead. I want to cancel, so I can try the cleanse and see if I want to order it again. I ordered a TRIAL pack of GetSlim tabs and GetSlim Colon tabs, both advertised at around $7 each. Airtel customer service representatives do not pick up the calls after 2:00 A.M, even if they pick up the calls they either put the customer on hold and disconnect the call or they just disconnect the call with out talking to the customers. This pet store is a horrible place for animals. The owner sold me a very sick puppy. It had two parasites and kennel cough. I have this puppy over a month and a half and he still can't go outside.
