In Sept 2009, we purchased 3 palm trees from Stacks Nursery. We paid to have Stacks Nursery plant them so that it would be done right. We had a warranty on the trees. Horrible customer service. We were told one year warranty on very expensive custom cart. We had to fight for every single event..and there have been several from leaking to broken welds. I was sold a puppy that was supposedly "altered" according to the sign on her crate. She went into heat a year later. They claim they will not be responsible for having her spayed. My son filled out over 20 applications using snagajob. After 2mths. it came to his attention that they mixed my profile and his profile up in one on his applications. It was showing not only was he born in 1992 but that he graduated the same yr. Now he is being told he can not reapply to any of the companys again for at least 90 days. I recently purchased a morkie from puppies234.com. She cost $480 plus a $100 delivery fee. When the puppy arrived at 10p.m. on a saturday, the delivery woman told us that they had been driving since 4 a.m that day and had 28 deliveries. Our puppy was the last delivery. I just got cable and internet installed. When I signed up online I was billed that day for a month of service. This was a WEEK BEFORE installation and setup. After the installation I was billed another $20 dollars PLUS tax on that and the month of service I was pre-charged for. These fee should have been displayed INITIALLY. In the 3 months California Water Service Company has been in charge I have experienced 3 unplanned, unnotified shut downs.
