I have been charged $99.41 for something called Hoodia. I have not ordered nor have I received this product. Before it appeared on my account, I had no idea what Hoodia was. I have since learned that it is a dietary supplement of which I do not need. When I called the company, their only solution was to send me another shipment (which I probably won't receive) and keep the charge on my account. My next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau with my complaint. The company also refused to give me a mailing address or the names of the reps. read full review »

I received a charge on my account for 31.98 when i contacted the company on live chat, there was no phone number, they told me it was an identity theft subscription. I could cancel that subscription but could not get my money back unless i contacted the police and had them investigate identity theft, have the police email them with the investigating report. read full review »

In August I authorized a 99 cent charge for a short trial of Grant Masters. I checked it out and called in my cancellation and had the woman verify multiple times it would not charge me further. Oct, 23, a 9.95 charge appeared on my card which subsequently made my card overlimit, with an additional $39 overlimit fee. These people are cons, frauds and criminal to my thinking. i have nothing more than the company name that is charging my bank account monthly. i did receive a call from smart step insurance. they stated i had 30 days to review the information they would send - they never sent anything, so i have no information to contact and cancel with. they charged me before a 30 day period was even up. they did not ask my bank account number, so they received that information from bank of america. i am going to the bank today to see what can be done, and if i have to, i will change banks. this is not a good way to... read full review »

Bought a new base and Mattress. Complained two days after delivery - unable to sleep on mattress. Was informed today (2 weeks after brand new bed was delivered) that nothing is wrong with mattress and would not be replaced. (Inspection was done by somebody who took 2 or 3 pics and who refused to either touch the bed or to lie down on it!!! We are not able to sleep on it at all. Rang Telstra they told me that sending Stop is not as affective as sending Unsubscribe, so did that. Received text from MWAYTS stating I had been Unsubscribed. All over NOTTTTTT! This site is a cheater site. Before I bought an item from this site, there was nowhere mentioned that they will charge me shipping if I return an item though that item was sent under free shipping. I had communicated a lot with them over phone before making the order. We had the same problem also, except they charged us a 30% restocking fee for an item that was never shipped. Our order was supposed to arrive "3-10 weeks" after ordering. We placed our order on Mar. 10, charged on April 15ish. May 19th was the 10 week deadline and still no word. I bought a Watch from them, received it and it was broken on arrival, I ordered a Swiss watch, they sent me the Cheapest Chinese Quality watch available in the Market .

The same as other comments we have read. They do not use the correct name and or account # to reference, but they may get part of a prior billing company's name. If you really look at this so called bill, the printing of it also flagged me. And they do not show a correspondence of any type at the bottom of the letter. Advertisement uses misdirection and "BOGO" to imply buy one get one which is actually 25% off and appears to be 2 P&H charges.
If you order one unit at $19.95 and $7.95 P&H and accept the BOGO (expecting another P&H of $7.95) for a total of $35.85. But the total is $66.70. The original $19.95 and BOGO unit, not free but 25% off, at $14.95 and 4 P&H charges.
None of these add progressively and wait for acceptance they "are being processed" before you see your total.

My Dad has a personal loan, mortgage and car loan with Wescom Credit Union. His house is currently in foreclosure so he has not made the payments.
He has been making the payments on his car loan well he was co signer on my little brothers bank account and when my brother got paid the bank took all my brother's money and applied it to my Fathers debt's.

I did purchase one item via the internet from Sahalie in October. I assume they used a deceptive means of getting me to "accept" a membership in the Sahalie Rewards program. Big Brand Tire in Ventura will ignore it's customers while they are busy talking on their cells to their buddies. I saw the mechanic drive my car to the front, hand the keys and paperwork to the front desk clerk and never even bother to mention to me that my car was ready. I had a one day rental from Sixt that I picked up at the Frankfurt main train station at 9:30. It was a 1-day flat rate, all mileage included for a total of 39euro. The next day I filled up the car and returned it to the Frankfurt train station at 8:00 before I took a 9:00am train out of the country. I returned the keys directly to the Sixt agent at the station and provided her with the gas receipt.
