This is the worst cable tv company. I called the customer service agents because my cable is not working and they said they would send someone the next day in a 5 hours window. Next day the 5 hours are over and no one has come yet. I call customer service again and they inform me that the appointment was not booked... and I waited for 5 hours for nothing!!! Yesterday evening I went to HPCL Petrol pump at Kormangala, near to Forum mall, Bangalore, Karnataka and asked for filling my pulsar 150cc bike ( tank full), it was a bit above reserve. Fuel capacity of Pulsar 150cc is 14 litres ( incl reserve). What shocked me is the guy at petrol pump filled my bike, but bill was Rs 914.47 totalling 17.30 litres of petrol !!! In other to access the service of Homestead one need to provide a credit card details. I did just that but when I tried to unsubscribe it become a hell of time. They have set up a system in such a way that the auto respond will tell you an email has been sent to your email address which never comes no matter how long you wait for it. I was able to download the software and was informed that the serial number would be posted within 72 hours. It is not five days later and the serial number is still not available. DO NOT BUY HONDA ODYSSEY'S. New 2009 Honda Odyssey with 5000 miles. Dealer has had to upgrade the transmission software twice and replaced the torque converter one to attempt to eliminate a transmission vibration issue. Steering wheel shakes when moved off center and vibrates at highway speeds. Tires rotated, balanced, etc. Both problems still present with no improvement. Desert hot springs, ca world gym has boxing to members as a free class. Recently in 7-08, via owner, tried to now charge $5.00 a head. Members complained, so now they will cut the class days down. Greed. The same owner I’m told also owns the LA QUINTA, CA. world’s gym, with record members. They just got greedy in this small town that is isolated from drawing gym members from other areas. Their staff is great, members don’t like this kind of ethics. When you sign up contract, and get a free class, don’t charge or change peoples contract. I have recieved the same calls, they got my information from a payday loan place and they call harassing me every six months or so and the funny thing is they always change there name and phone number. My feedback is on the more than poor quality customer service I received from my experience with shopping with Sears. My husband’s father died this past Sunday which had us make un unexpected trip to Atlanta. I already had the patio furniture set up to be delivered on Thursday (the day of the funeral). There are (t00) many websites pimping this product. They are a scam and stealing money. Would not refund, even with returned products. The customer service people claim to be supervisors and actually tell you they do not care about anything, complaints, suing etc. Cost of doing business will be the lawsuits I hope they get. Unfortunately for consumers it will probably be class actions and you get $1 refund for your loss of $100 and the lawyers on both sides get 7-figure returns...while the product/company continue to rip people off. I purchase a protetion plan from AA Auto Protection in October 2009 on my 2002 Jaguar for $2, 500.00 and the sale person went over what all the things that were covered. I put my car in the shop for some repair on 1/24/2011, the repaair bill was for over $4, 000 and AA say only $900.00 was covered so I had to pay $4, 000.00 out of my pocket.
