Do not get involved with this distributor of low voltage equipment. They are just a bunch of dumb ass hill billies from up the sticks in NC that doesn't have the brains that god has given a goose if you ask me. Something is not clicking right in their heads or can they really afford just to run off its customers with any customer service issues. TSD just has some really missed up returns policy's when it come to helping out its customers. The customer are just hung out to dry if you purchase any product from The Systems Depot... read full review »

Affidavit Federal Department
Discruntled Consumer February 8, 2011
On Tuesday, February 8, 2011, man named Steven Johnson called me and stated that he represented the Affidavit Federal Department. He informed me that he was calling to collect unpaid funds from a payday loan that I had not paid back from US Cash Advance. I informed him that I had never had a payday loan from US Cash Advance. He then stated that US Cash Advance was a "parent" internet loan company and that they were seeking payment because I had not repaid my loan within a 21 day window. I then informed Steve Johnson that I had received... read full review »

I too have received several calls from persons with middle eastern dialects with American names like "Ken Johnson" or "John Peterson", etc.. They claim that I owe $487 to Cash Advance USA and I have had eight calls from what they call a "federal officer", an "attorney" or " federal marshall" saying at first that if I didn't send payment in full via Western Union within one hour that officers would be at my door to arrest me for wire fraud and not paying the debt. That was three months ago. Since... read full review »

Eye Buy Direct
honestbuyer2010 June 2, 2010
I ordered a pair of glasses from this company and it took them about 3 weeks to have them delivered, I did not fret over that, it was no big deal. I recieved the glasses in Late November/Early December of 2009. When I first recieved the glasses I was initially very happy with them. I told many relatives and friends about the company. After a couple of months of wearing the glasses one of my lenses fell out and I could not find it. This seem like a pretty easy fix, I figured I would just contact EyeBuyDirect.com and hopefully they... read full review »

Enbridge Gas
April 28, 2008
Has anyone else had Enbridge Gas making unauthorized debits from their bank accounts? I have never had an account with them, I have never given them any information - and in the past 4 months they have taken almost $2000 from my account. I have got it all back, but this past month I also had a cheque bounce because of it. I am now closing my account because neither the bank or Enbridge can figure out how this has happened. The bank says Enbridge has to have a void cheque in order to do this, but I have never given them one. I don't know how else they could have my banking information. read full review »

file a complaint with the New York State Attorney general's office. The info is online, fill out the complaint form, mail it in. SKS must be investigated. The only way to stop this is to file a complaint with the NYS Attorney general's office. Doens't it seem coincidental that everyone "owes" basically the same amount? ($85 to $100). If everyone files a complaint, something will get done. It takes 5 minutes. read full review »

May 29, 2007
1800skyride is a rip off. I had made a reservation on Jan 20, 2007 for May 6, 2007 for a hot air balloon ride in San Antonio for six people. I never received a call from the piolt 24 hours prior to flight time. So I call 1800SKYRIDE only to find out that there was never going to be a balloon ride-there was no piolt!! I talked to a guy named Chris. He said that there was not a pilot and if I wanted a refund to contact Emily at [email protected]. I did that on May 5, 2007. Secret Cash Card
December 28, 2006
I saw on my bank statement an electronic check payable to Secret Cash Card in the amount of $49.95. I never ordered anything from them. I was unable to read the phone number on the check copy that I printed, so I went to their web site. When I called that number I got a recorded message that said if you have any questions about your purchase go to their website to contact them, then the call is disconnected. I contacted my bank who told me to file a Security of Loss form with them, which I am now doing. I also asked them for Secret Cash... read full review »

Wisetronics has a "sister" company called 86th Street Photo & Video. If I had only researched this, I would not have placed my order. I get the same "back order" story.
