I had ordered a ps3 from circuit city and i was out of town when it was delivered and i live in a apartment complex. I ordered a hot tub/spa on Aug 4th 2009. I was advised of a delevery of 8 wks (roughly Oct 4). As of this date, (Dec 28, 2009), I have yet to recieve my spa. Get this! This guy that worked for Goodwill had a fire which resulted in a total loss. He came to work with no shoes on. He was sent home and received a writeup for showing up at work dressed inappropriately. He asked for clothes until he got paid and was refused. There was a $39.00 unauthorized charge on my credit card. I didn't even give them my credit card number! (Where'd they get it?) I can understand why banks pay the requested charge, because there is NO PROOF that the victim did not offer to pay! These shiesters are smart. All of the "executives" appear to have strong, honest backgrounds, but I doubt the bio written for each one belongs to that person - or - perhaps the person doesn't really exist? I ordered a "free" sample and paid for shipping w/my debit card. I was not to be charged anything further unless I decided to order. Yesterday I got a notice from my online banking that I had been charged 34.95 by AW-RADIALABSDIRECT.COM. Since the charge was to a debit card and not a regular credit card or check I'm not sure if I can dispute the charge with my bank. I'm going to try. None of them barely speak English, the products suck and even though they say they will return the products, they will not. My wife and I went to the Economy Lube location in Brantford on the afternoon of September 10th, 2008 with our 1995 Ford Explorer for a simple oil change and radiator flush but it didn't turn out to be so simple after all. I ordered a $4.95 sample and was billed to my card, but never recieved it. Then discovered they where billing me again for $99.98 . I called the number and the incompetent sales person (who can't speak English) claims I didn't read the fine print when I ordered the sample ( that was never shipped) because she claims that ordering the sample automaticly starts a 15 day trial period and If I didn't cancel before the 15 day trial was over, it would entitle them to start billing me! We had A & E out 4 weeks to repair a 4 year old Kitchen Aid microwave. We told them it was the microtron (which had a 10 year warranty). The factory rep came out and looked at the microwave and agreed it was the microtorn. However, the rep didn't have the part with him.
