Gold Key refuses to acknowledge my timely cancellation letter for their time share. They showed us a luxury time share, even a Penthouse. After they pressured us for nearly five(5) hours, I signed a contract for a time share which they did not show us, but said looked like the one we saw. Totally the opposite! Got a charge for $45 on my telephone bill from this ZPDI and Legacy LD that I had never heard of. Their story is that a 3rd party collect call was made and that since they had my name in their records that means they called my number to get approval for the collect call and that I answered and gave them my name as approval. I never approved any collect calls or even got a call requesting that I approve one. When I called them they basically said I was a liar and that they had no obligation to provide proof (i.e. recording of me accepting the charges). they call you and tell you they have a seller for your time share no up front fees, but then taxes come and an international fee that needs to be paid after you sign the contract, if you want out you have to pay them 8%, so you might as well go with it because you will be reimbursed. This company is an online fitness equipment store. They offer what seems to be this great money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with an in home 30 day equipment trial, etc. I ordered a treadmill, was talked into a shipping upgrade that I didn't need and then the treadmill was a piece of crap, noisy, squeaky, and when I moved it found plastic shavings and rubber dust apparently from parts rubbing or grinding on each other.
