Please do not go to Brake Check. Their service is terrible. They charge you for stuff you don't need to do or didn't even ask them to do. We had gone there obviously to get our brakes checked. They told us that they would get the check done in 2 to 3 days. After that when we went to pick it up we were asked to wait for half an hour but ended up waiting for more than 45 minutes. They got it done and we took it home. On the way back the brakes did not feel as though the needed repairs were done. Order has not been shipped and it has been 23 days! The item was apparently on back order which was not indicated at the time of my order and they never informed of that until I called looking for my order 10 days later. I enrolled in Kaplan on May, 28, 2009, started my class on June, 10, 2009. I have a B+, above average and 3.30 GPA. I know that I suppose to receive a disbusement every term as long as my grades are above a C average. I went through the process of xrays and payment so that I could get a tooth pulled. The dentist, one James Huynh, was not senitive to my problem, argued with me about which tooth was hurting me and which one he thought should be pulled. I had purchased an automobile engine that had a 30 month 50, 000 mile warranty, upon receiving the engine and having it installed by a certified GM mechanic the engine did not run correctly. Prime baited and switched us in a refinance loan. We were quoted a rate with countrywide. came to closing with significantly higher rate. They opened title co on xmas eve to close loan and gave back part of points promising we could refi out in a year - yeah right. I had my travel wallet stolen. All other travel loyalty programs were pleased to provide replacement cards to encourage my continuing use of their services, except for ASIA MILES, which required a payment of $20 or 2,000 miles to replace my card. (And unlike other programs, production of the card is necessary to claim many rewards or to earn miles.) Moreover, Asia miles expire regularly even if you are an ongoing, regular earner of the miles. I ordered a book from them online. Next thing I know they've charged me 30 dollars extra for some super savings scam. I never signed up for this, and when I called them(It took me forever to get through) they told me they would refund my money and cancel my account. We purchased a Trane HVAC from Home Depot(they contracted out with Advantage Air) on July 14th. It has been leaking for over 2 months and now we have water damage as well as mold. The A/C came with two defective parts. Advantage air has been out over five times and Home depot has been out twice.
