I've always had trouble with WebWatcher. I wanted some software to block ***.It Never worked well and is difficult, also support stinks. I tried an Upgrade for $46.95 and it was a disaster. I called to cancel the same day. Well within their generous 5 day trial. I was told to send trouble ticket and did so twice actually. I have called, E-mailed, chat line, etc... No refund!!! I put in a complaint with BBB (Better Business Bureau). So I am tiring from this battle for my refund, but will continue. I will not go down without a fight. This company has the worst return/exchange policy of any children's store I know. Their policy states items must have "tags attached" in order to return or exchange them. Bought a scooter from this place and the thing is basically slowly falling apart. They made it seem that everything internal would be covered for up to one year and the cosmetic parts exterior would be 6 months now the plastics cracking just from riding it and its only 300 miles on it. I bought some shocks for my 2000 expedition (2 wheel dr.) from truckaddons.com. When the shocks arrived they were for a 4 wheel dr. When I questioned the company about it they said the shocks will still work on my 2 wheel dr. took them to my mechanic to install and guess what? They did not fit on my 2 wheel dr. What a floating pile of (&@#!!! This was the worse cruise we have ever been on. The staff and crew are rude (with the exception of our cabin stewards because they wanted their tip). BTW, Norwegian charges $12.00 per person per day gratuity that they don't tell you about in advance as well as an "autogratuity" on any drinks you purchase whether it be Pepsi or alcohol. I have bought three sandwiches at different tully's branches in Umeda, Osaka Japan. They all looked attractive and fully filled but upon opening the sanwiches; they were virtually empty of ingredients, only enough filling was placed in the center to make the sandwich appear full along the line the sandwich is cut. The long and short of it is that I believe Cottman Transmission tried to rip me off by having me agree to a complete transmission replacement when all that was needed was a fluid change/transmission service. After I still made payment after term was up thinking that I would get a rebate after thet straightened out their paper work. I had a addendem to lease from Balboa that they are not honoring.
