One month later they called wanted me to buy more!! Six months after that they said pay or they will report on my credit! They use intimidation and threats to buy something I never received. I ordered a Z61t thinkpad from Lenovo on 11/14th 2006. It was shipped exactly one month later on 12/13th and is supposed to be delivered by UPS on 12/22nd. Complaint #1. I bought a recliner/rocker in April. I did not get the right chair. I could not get back into the store until the 1st part of June. At that time I was told it was to late. I should have come in within 30 days. This really is not right. I should have been given the right chair in the first place. I am writing to share with you a recently experienced a terrible problem in my last flight on your airlines. When I entered to the plane the flight attendant yelled at me because I had a big carry on bag. Then we were sitting on the plane for three hours before it took off. I have had the same bad experience with SMC. There are taking advantage on you especially. Three "representatives" from other Alarm System Companies have visited us indicating Monitronics, Inc. is no longer servicing Puerto Rico. Therefore, if this is true, Monitronics had not being monitoring our homes since.... I do not know when, but am working to find out. My reason to believe this is true is that whenever the alarm is activated, nobody calls to check it out. I bought an A8N32-SLI Deluxe Motherboard several months ago, made by ASUS. I assembled my own system which seemed to work fine, until I attempted to upgrade to WindowsXP SP3. Light in the box is the seller itself but the company sub its business to smaller contractors- outside tailors. Frankly I'm happy I have received my dress in good form, but disappointed the fact that I have lose my confidence in buying things online anymore. Just recently I was at an A.M.P.M off of Ynez and Rancho California Rd in Temecula. There was a woman wearing a name tag saying "Assistant Manager Kimberly", she was extremely rude. Fox rental car in Denver gave us a car that had electrical problems. The doors would not lock with the key-less entry. We had 2 bags stolen because we thought the car was locked. When we returned the car, 3 Fox employees told us there has been electrical problems with the Hyundai Elantras. I spoke to the manager, Mitch Osborn, he told me that there is nothing wrong with the cars. I spoke to his manager, Lisa Curtis, who was very rude and would continually interrupt me as I was explaining the situation. They are renting cars with known problems. I purchased 9 gallons of Behr paint and sent in the rebate form as directed. (exactly) No rebate. The next time I bought paint it was 14 gallons of Pittsburgh Paints. My loss was $45 by not getting the rebate from Behr. Behr and Home Depot lost a $450 sale. I will never buy Behr paints again and I have shifted my shopping to Lowe's for my other home improvement needs. I asked for help at Home Depot on this matter and they said it was up to Behr.
