This company is horrible! I have never had more trouble with someone before. It started in February of 2008. We rented a bed frame from them. Well it took them a week to deliver it, they didn't even put it together, just threw the stuff on the floor and left. The delivered the wrong bed rails so we couldn't even put it together. The combination of shades/colors of the base screen, the letters and digits on the screen and the transparent cover/window over the screen get so merged that it is not (NOT) possible to read anything in the open daylight. Hi, I have a not yet 4 year old Samsung 34" 100HZ television. Going from first service call in the first month to now 6th call all for same problem, I have been without the TV about 4 months, or more, in this period. We had the same experience as Kelly and Jeff Shafer with Villa de Palmar, Puerta Vallarta. The told us the same lies about selling our other timeshare and sold us a "studio, odd yrs" for $13, 000. We paid $3000 down on Sept 29th and the rest was supposed to be in no interest monthly payments. My Virgin Mobile Broadband2go wireless modem failed on 2-3-2011. I contacted Tech Support and could not understand any of the tech's. They could not speak english!
