On May 18, 09 I recieved a case of wine from this company. The order was for 2 each of 6 different wines (all imported). Only two of the twelve bottles were as advertised. I returned the wine the same day by ups. It was recieved by the shipper on 5/22/09 and signed for by Nancy. They are telling my credit card company that they never recieved the wine. This is a scam that happens when you make a purchase at online at sites such as musinotes.com as I did. There is a quick pop-up that you barely have time to see, let alone read. Report them to better business bureau as will I. they automatically start charging your credit card on a monthly basis. I spoke with my credit card company (Discover) and the lady I spoke with told me she had a complaint against this company last week and the poor person had been scammed since 2006. I've always been a Windows based PC user, however after repeatedly seeing Apple ads about how much better a Mac is compared to a PC, I decided to purchase a Macbook Pro and give Apple a shot. I applied for a forbearance in February, and was told that it was "being processed, " and "in the computer system, " and "a letter will be sent confirming it but you don't need it." Ordered one day service flowers for delivery at 8am. Flowers never arrived and its a day and a half later. I used the online customer service which had a bad link. The automated mail told me it would check with the local florist. Nothing ever came of it. Their phone "service" stated due to the holiday rush, no one was available and to try at another time. This just occurred between May 5 2009 and July 30 2009. It is unbelievable. I purchased a dress online from VS. I used a gift card and credit card on the purchase. The dress total was $48.00, the tax was 1.82, Order total 59.92. I received a 20% offer taking 9.60 off the total for a total price of 50.32. I returned the merchandise. Timeshares by owner contacted us by phone a few years back saying they could sell our timeshares. This company moved us in June. From Coral Springs to Parkland, a total of 2 miles. They insisted on shoving a huge custom made dinging room table through the doors without removing legs. I used to work for Carls Jr. and I did not like the attitude of the District Manager. He would always tell all the crew smile smile. He would never smile and he wanted great service when he was not setting and example. Also he has a lot of shift leaders that do not know how to treat the crew as well they scream at them. I got terminated from Carls Jr. because of 2 guest complaints I got I know the guest is always right but i dont find it fair that I got terminated and the rest of the shift leaders there have gotten a lot of complaints and you still have them there. It looks great no doubt. But the construction is horrible. Cheap plastic and plaster. You can hear your neighbor like they were living with you. The repair people have no experience and are rude and never follow through with the repairs. The management, especially Trisha, is a joke. She always promises things and NEVER follows through.
